Reflexology
Practiced in diverse cultures for centuries, reflexology can alleviate headaches, reduce back and arthritic pain, enhance circulation, increase energy, improve sleep and ease pain relating to a variety of medical conditions. This massage technique focuses on pressure points in the feet and hands that correlate to other parts of the body that may be experiencing pain or fatigue.
Aromatherapy
Massage combined with the use of essential oils that promotes healing, pain relief and relaxation.
Heated Stone Massage
This technique combines a luxurious and relaxing massage with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished basalt lava stones are heated and incorporated into the massage, providing the perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension.
Ear Candling
Candling has been used by the Eqyptians and Native American Indians to relieve pressure in sinuses and ears to improve balance. A hollow candle is placed on the edge of the ear and when the top end is lit, the resulting smoke helps dry out fluids. It also functions as a gentle vacuum to remove excess wax, a chief cause of temporary hearing loss.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient form of healing offering a deep relaxation and nourishiong healing for the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is not a substitute for convential medicine but is used with great success to treat all kinds of physical and stress related illnesses. The session is approximately one hour and the receipant lays fully clothed and comfortable on the massage table
Shiatsu (finger pressure)
Accupressure is a form of Asian therapy. This treatment stimulates circulation and flow of lymphatic fluid. It releases toxins, deep tension, and stiffness from muscles. The client wears loose fitting clothing during this session
Pre-Natal
Aids in relaxation, promotes circulation, reduces edema and muscular tension due to pregnancy. Padding and pillows provided to ensure the clients comfort.
Myofascial Release
Because of trauma or overuse, tissue can develop adhesions and harden, which decreases mobility. Therefore, the myofascial release techniques are used to promote a more fluid state for the fascia. using specific pressure in specific directions, the fascia warms and "melts" allowing for deeper word to be done.
Sports Massage
The main focus of sports massage is to improve the performance of the athlete within specific time frames relative to an event. Variations of techniques will be applied based on pre-event, post-event or rehabilitation necessities.
